Rhys and Alicia – Aswarby Rectory Wedding

This ones a beauty, being an Aswarby Rectory wedding photographer is super special. Rhys and Alicia are a wonderful pair. Their infectious good mood could be felt by all that shared this special day. Alicia is Australian so family and friends travelled from far and wide to rainy England in October.  Which just about sums up what these two mean to people when you aren’t exactly travelling for a holiday in the sun as an added bonus to attending a wedding abroad.

Given the daylight hours and their ceremony time (they only planned it in 6 weeks If i remember correctly so had to settle for a later ceremony) they thought it best to do a first look and capture images of them both before guests arrived. What a lovely moment to witness. The staircase at Aswarby was the perfect location for this, what character.

It just goes to show, if it rains on your wedding day- all is not lost. Quite the opposite in fact, because the weather wasn’t perfect everyone gathered inside and conversed more. The sound of laughter and chatter could be heard all around the rectory.
