Davey and Anya – Peak District Couples Shoot

Most Peak District photography is beautiful but when you have the most perfect low winter light and an amazing couple willing to brave the cold, magic happens.

Davey and Anya are just lovely people, when I met them that day they had driven across in the classic VW camper van…how cool is that!? I couldn’t wait to explore with these two. The sun was just getting to be low in the sky, but being winter that meant to it was also very cold. Not put off we climbed to the top of Bamford edge and the views were stunning.

There were natural moments in abundance, I guess the cold meant they stayed close- the intimacy really shines through in the pictures. We finished up with the setting sun wrapping around Davey and Anya as they looked over Ladybower reservoir.
